I can only hope to achieve what some of the SP members have already surpassed.
Today was my 2d Weigh In...drums please? I lost 10 lbs and 2.5% BMI in the first 3 weeks! All because of the resources provided by SP and the inspiration for the SP members. Oh yeah, my will had something to do with it. This is definately the start of GREAT thing! And as amped up as I am about this, "The sky's the limit!"
I did take it easy today, as kind of my reward, but plan to hit the gym in full strength tomorrow. I'm finding water consumption to be quite easy. Working out as much as I do (2-3 X daily), I'm guzzling 8-11 water bottles daily. It helps to stay away from the soda, knowing I always have a bottle of water handy. Keep on keeping on! CIAO
