Well, I ran out of the house without any of my breakfast or snack stuff today, and without the rice to go with my lunch. I didn't have time to stop by the store on the way to work, either. So, I took a break earlier and headed to the gas station next door. I felt a little silly walking around a gas station looking at nutrition information, but I didn't really care. Anyway, I made it out with 1 pkg of Frito Lay peanuts, 1 pkg of Frito lay Nobby's, 1 pkg of pretzels, 1 pkg of beef jerky, and 1 Godiva Dark Chocolate Mocha drink. I'm saving the peanuts and pretzels for tomorrow, and I still have some black bean soup that I'll eat for lunch. Given the options and prices I had to work with, I think I did a decent job. (The mocha drink was only 200 calories & 4g of fat.) I went in for Peanut Butter and crackers, but I couldn't justify spending $4 on that little container of peanut butter.
