| My goals are to get down to 199, and have more energy to do things during the day. And to start playing sports again.

My biggest goals are to look and feel healthier as well as fit into all these great clothes I bought when I was about 45 pounds lighter. Plus I never have been comfortable going to the beach. My in-laws and all are going in July so I would really like to be lookin trim for that. 4 months left...ten pounds a month...I think I can.

My goal is to keep dropping my weight. My original goal was to be under 300 by April. I'm still trying to hit that goal but I've added a second goal to the list. I want to be under 275 by July. I'm working on getting a press credential for E3 in Los Angeles and I plan to cover it for my new gaming web site. And I want to be proud of myself when I get there.
Another of my goals is for me to start playing basketball in a local adult league. I've contacted two leagues to inquire about time and dates for signups.

My goal is to get my weight under 200 again. I ate so badly in college (and the cheap beer didn't help) that I ballooned to 235 after graduating HS at 160. Yeah, bad I know.
I got married in 2004 and my goal was to get married under 200 pounds. I was close, I was 203. I called that a semi-success. Well, after marriage and meatballs I got back up to 237. I'm only 5'8" so I feel like an oompa-loompa.
So my main goal is to get my bosy back into shape.

my short term goal is to lose 10% of my body weight (37 lbs) by april 15th of this year. make tax day something to actually look forward to.
long term, i have a lot of goals: be able to play rugby and football again and actually keep up, not have to shop at the big and tall store for everything, be able to run a mile without keeling over, live a long and healthy life. those are just a few.

| My goal is to get to 150 without losing the muscle I've gained. I am also going to run my first marathon next March with two friends. Weight wise, I have tremendous momentum. running wise I know I can do ten miles, but that's still a far cry from 26.

My goal is to get to 220 lbs on or about the begining of May. I was 270 when I started and I have lost 15 lbs in 25 days. The even bigger trick will be in keeping it off. Once again, "honesty is the best policy"! junkjim I will give myself another weight lose challenge after that time.

My Goal is to be able to get back close to the weight I was last summer, 155, but this time stay there. Also now that I have the ability I want to start building up some muscle so I don't look like I put on an oversized skin suit!! I would also like to be able to take part in this years March of Dimes and Relay for Life!!

Finishing up my first triathlon (500m swim, 22k bike, 5k run) in May not feeling like I'm going to die afterwards! A reasonable time would also be nice too, but it's the first one and I just want to finish it.
Nice to have this thread to look back on later to see how we're all doing. Let's go guys!

hey RZ82927
how long are your bike and eliptical trainer workouts and how many miles do you put in on each one of them?
I am surprised to see so many goals like mine.

|
|
|
| I would like to get 45 miles on the bike or eliptical each month. I have been averaging about 30, so this is a 50% increase!!

Good luck with your goals :)
