Hi Steph,

Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow. Great job on drinking water instead of soda! That's a great small step towards big results. Keep us posted on how it goes.

Fitness will come in time. I think you are doing a great job by setting little goals for yourself (even if unintentional). Stay consistant and keep up the great work. I look forward to hearing about your success along the way!

Well the weekend is over, Most people are sad for that but not me, It means the hubby is back to work and kids back to school. And tomorrow is my weigh in, I have been dieting for 1 week now.... Probably no weight lost but we will see!I think I did pretty good for the most part. Expecialy for a woman who has ever hardly drank any water, mostly Dr. Pepper.... So for 1 week I have drank only water and milk (2%) some juice and lil tea unsweetend. My excersizing is slack but hope to pick up on that more soon. I hope you all have a great day!
