I'm happy to hear that you are taking advantage of the gym and hopefully you are taking advantage of all of the great resources here to help you reach your goals as well. Not sure if this is the right page, but thought I'd just jump right in. I have two boys, ages 5 and 2 1/2. I'm working full time but am lucky enough to work at a place that has a fitness center right there. I have started working out 4 days/week. Two days I take a fitness class and the other two I do eliptical or treadmill.
My goal is to lose about 22 lbs. And I just want to have more energy.
I also want to fix healthy meals.. but of course they also need to be kid friendly. Any ideas/tips?
