| My range is 1200-1550. I am finding since joining SparkPeople that I am getting to eat so much more food. Mostly fruit and veggies, but they are filling me up and I am constanly eating. I am usually around the low end, and do try and save some calories incase I want to have a snack later in the evening. My one problem is I am always high in the protein area, it takes a lot of juggling of my meal plan to get it down percentage wise, and I am always still over. I am working on it, and might consider using the meal plans for a week. Good Luck everyone. :0)

| I am usually in the middle, although sometimes I do have to make myself eat to get there. Which is odd as I never had any problems over eating before.

It's really weird, my range is 1250-1550 and I'm usually below 1250 and still not losing any weight. I don't try to go below 1250, it just happens that way.
I wonder if I should eat more, even though I feel fine.
I had my doc check my thyroid to make sure that wasn't the problem and my thyroid is fine.

| I had the same problem with being dizzy so I try to stay more towards the top of my range and since then I feel much better.

| I'm in the 1200-1550 range as well. I found that on the days that I'm closer to 1200 I get dizzy and tired so I try to aim for the center or closer to 1450ish. That seems to be better.

| on days that I get a fair amount of exercise, I'm usually at the top end. if I can't get to the gym (like today was CRAZY) I try to stay at the lower end.

My range is the exact same as yours, and most days, I'm at the top! Sometimes I'm even at 1600 or 1700. But I'm learning to keep it under 1550 slowly but surely!

My range is about 1260 to 1600 and I'm all over that range. I think it's good to mix it up a bit - keep your body guessing.

I usually get at least 1400.. today is more of a challenge... I ate great but when I finally got around to tracking my food today I had not totaled that many calories! Funny because I had 'grazed' all day.. apple, banana, broccoli, made a salmon baked dish with quinoa.. which was surprising low in calories once I got it entered in the calculator.
I certainly think as long as you are in range you are fine! You still are creating a calorie deficit, since it takes more than 1500 calories just to do your basic daily tasks. If you are exercising your calorie deficit is even greater.
How are you feeling on what you are eating? I think that is such an important part of it!
