I definitely know what you mean, it can sometimes be a lot at once. You can feel like there's so much you "have to do". If it starts stressing you out, walk away from it for a little while. Take a day or two just to relax and come back when you feel relaxed!

I know that what i was feeling was a mixture of things happening all at the same time, not to mention my husband was out of town that week as well since then I have been better and I have been looking into all the different pages you can look into here and trying to figure out what can help me on my journey. It also is hard when your not home. This week I am talking care of uncle for four days away from home sleep over his care provider is away for those days, man owe man no sleep and no kids, well I miss my little one. Kind of stress free and then not.LOL well thank you all for your support.God Bless all

I'm sorry that you are feeling so overwhelmed. I like to tell new members to set small goals for themselves at first. Don't do too much at the beginning...this will help you avoid burn out too fast. Try taking a few days to really check out the entire site and all the tools and resources here to help you reach your goals.

Try using the food tracker for a full week (or two) where you honestly enter every item you put in your mouth. It changes our perspective when we can see on the screen, all the calories, carbs, fat and protien add up. It motivates me to make better food choices through the day.

Hang in there and take things one day at a time. Don't put pressure on yourself to do too much all at once. Let me know if you have any questions along the way - I am happy to help!

Be well,
Kelly

Yes, at first it was a lot, but then you get used to it and it isn't as time consuming or confusing. You'll get it just hang in there!

I also feel very stressful at times. It seems that they just bombared you as soon as you walk in the door with "I'm hungry,""help me with my homework" "did you get that done for me today"etc. Some times I just feel like walking back out the door or go straight to bed.

I started this with an open mind, but for the first few days I was stressed, the kids, the bills, the food, the calaries. It was a bit too much at the same time, but I'll keep striving for the best and I feel that I will not give up. Any one else feeling the same.
