| I don't think you'll go into starvation mode necessarily. When your body is hungry, it will let you know. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water regardless if you feel like it or not, is really important though to keep you well hydrated. That may actually help to bring your hunger levels up a bit. This is all new for your body so it needs it's own time to adjust as well as your mind. Be patient with yourself and listen to your body's signals.

I know that we should intake a certain ammount of calories during the day but I am not in the mood for food...
This morning I had ywo eggs and planned on having an half cup of yellow grits...
I did have the two eggs but ate half of my portion of grits... I had to make myself eat that!
I am not even thinking about lunch!
I do not want my body to go into starvation mode!
