SHOCKINGLY DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!!!
I just found some info on a thread created by *~Spunky610~* . . .
I was shocked that hand santizer can be fatal when ingested. I have it in my office and in my purse, too! I checked it out thru the following link and am sending it on to our local school district, and parish school. Here is the link:
http://www.snopes.com/medical/toxins/sanitizer.asp
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18912143/
It's the link I go to when I get an email that sounds suspicious as an urban legend. They show it to be TRUE!!!
SPARK HEALTH EXPERTS!!!! If you can make this info available on the main start page, perhaps you will have many lives. Please consider it!
Peace be with you, Annamaria

Hi Jen
I also work as a teacher's aide. Our janitors just recently put hand sanitizer dispensers right by the doors in all of the rooms. We use it soooo much. I work with DCD students at the high school level and they don't have the best sanitary practices. I have found though that by using that, washing my hands frequently with soap and water, getting regular exercise, drinking lots of water and eating healthy, the duration of my illnesses is much less than before I started to "be healthy". I came down with a terrible chest cold Monday evening, got up Tuesday and felt okay but by the end of the day was completely wiped. I got up this morning still feeling under the weather but as the day is going on I am feeling so much better. Usually this would have kept me down for at least a week. I did stay home from work today but I know that I will be able to go tomorrow. I almost feel well enough to do some sort of exercise for today but I think my husband would get a little bit upset with me if I did. I will wait and see how I feel this afternoon. Good luck to you.

Honestly, it's going to sound silly but I have found that the healthier I am to my body (eating more fruits and vegetables and making it a priority to work out) the less I find myself getting down with a cold. My husband swears by Airborne when he travels for work. Of course, washing your hands is half the battle too...

Stay Well, Kelly
