At least your treadmill is still within your warranty period. We assembled our treadmill and it took way longer than lead to believe, but fortunately, its still working. This is my first new one, and this one is a fold up kind.
My bedroom is very tiny. My husband build me a Murphy bed which also folds up. Now I have room to actually lay on the floor and do other exercises too. I usually watch my soaps, which I've taped. Since the TV is at my back, I hung a long mirror on the wall I face so I see everything in reverse, the remote works fine, but it helps me want to walk.
What do you folks do while you’re on the Tread?

My DH gets home from work this morning - he is going to dismantle the beast and drag it back from the heck from which it came LOL

| Yeah, I, too, suffer from the woes of a tiny room; I live in a dorm room. At least the university recreation building is a five minute walk away. Good luck with the treadmill!!

| I really wish I had room for one, but my apartment's way too tiny.

It is so frustrating. I sure hope you get it fixed--either another motor, or another treadmill. I love my treadmill, so many people say they hate it--it's boring, but I wouldn't part with mine.

| I hate that. I spent hours assembling an exercise bike that had the assembly time listed as "20 minutes," only to find out that it was missing several screws. I just went out and bought some screws, because at that point, I felt like I had too much time invested in it to send it back and start over.

| I am so frustrated right now. My husband bought me a treadmill to help me in my quest... we got it all set up and the motor doesn't work............ so now we have to take it apart - drag it back to the store and try again....
