I work out 5-6 days a week and twice a day on Mon, Wed and Fri. I turbo jam in the morning and do Cardio & abs in the evenings...
I'm on a mission to lose this weight and tone up this bod for the summer!

| I do cardio 4 days a week and I try and add in weights twice. On a good week I do Pilates on a 5th day. Can't seem to get myself up to working out more.

| My goal is to work out Monday through Friday. Since I'm just starting though, I am exercising 3 days a week and working my way up. I've been so sore from working out that I needed to take a day in between to rest.

When I live in the states I workout 4 times a week sometimes even 5, but I travel a lot, and it's hard to find a good gym in a country where you don't know anyone.this year i live in Russia and gyms are Really expensive here and bad. So I bought dumbells and do my workouts at home 3 times a week.

| Ugh! I can't get started! I need to exercise first thing in the morning around 4:00 to 4:30 and I can't get to bed early enough to get up early enough to fit it in!!!

I'm back on schedule with twice a week aquafit classes and twice a week strength and cardio for an hour. I will be working on maintaining this schedule and adding some intesity to my treadmill so that I burn more calories. I had been doing over 3 miles per hour for about 40 minutes until I hurt my knee in the fall. It has taken this long for the pain to go away and full function to return, so I'm gradually increasing my treadmill time.

| this month i am doing 5 days a week minimum and 3 days of strength training and 200 crunches minimum of 5 days a week.

I work out 6 days a week. M-W-F is Cardio and Strength and T-TH-SAT is Cardio. Cardio sessions last 30-65 minutes depending on what's happening that day. Longer distance time on Saturdays as I am training to walk a Mini-Marathon in May. I use the treadmill, Leslie Sansone Walk away the Pounds dvds (1-5 miles), the biggest loser dvds, Tae bo tapes. Strength is 30 minutes using the biggest loser dvds. I also on M-W-F do crunches, jumping jacks, lunges, pushups and squats to tone up as I slim down.

| I teach step with weights 5 days a week, which consists of 10 minutes warm up, 25 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of floor work.. and a cool down

| I work out usually 3-5 times a week at least 2 cardio days of no less than 45 minutes of vigourous workout. But sometimes the body needs a couple of extra days to recover, but those days I really watch my calories, if I'm not burning more then I back off the extras.

| I try to get in at least 30 min of cardio five days a week and strength training 3 days a week. I was trying for Monday through Friday for cardio and Monday, Wednesday, Friday for the strength training but I was finding by Friday (after being in class all week), I just wanted a break. I have now switched the Friday work out to Saturday.

| I try to get some form of exercise every day, although an article I recently read on Spark People advised against exercising too strenuously too often, as it may have more of a negative effect than a positive one...
|

| I like to get to the gym 5 or 6 days a week, but I also like doing things like yoga, bar method and going on walks. Those are done at random times.
