| I used to not like salads myself, but experimenting with the greens, adding meat, and trying to find the right dressing for me really helped. Grilled chicken or even pre-roasted chickens you can buy from the grocery stores are great with salads and they're filling too. Hope this helps.

| If you hate salads then don't eat them. They're a million and one ways to get in your daily veggies without going anywhere near a salad.

| I'm with you on that. I'm not a big fan of most veggies so I'm kind of limited in that department. One thing that will make my diet fail - forcing myself to eat things I don't like.

Yum salad. Any meal can be made into a salad, use your imagination! + + + =

|
| there's cucumber salad, tomato salad, etc., etc. If you don't like lettuce, there's other options, just don't close the door to them!

| Try the Chinese Chicken Salad from Sams Club. It's a package meal that you add romaine lettuce to. It's 120 calories and 8 grams of fat per serving. It's very tasty!

I like to make a salad with just tomato, cucumber, and onion - no lettuce at all. It's good with vinaigrette, or just a bit of vinegar and some cilantro. Add a little bit of crumbled feta and a few black olives for extra flavour, and you've got yourself a tasty greek salad.
Wow - I just made myself hungry describing that. And I'm out of Tomatoes :(

| I add meat and eggs to my salad and make it a meal. I also found that a variety of lettuce helps. I also use full flavor dressing (read--no reduced fat kinds), and dip my fork into my dressing and then get a bite of salad.

| Try some fresh veggies like cucmbers, carrots, green oeooeres, cabbage, etc. Lots of people don't like, or can't handle , salads. Be creative.

| Try different types of lettuce. And actually, salad doesn't even have to have lettuce. Maybe a good broccoli/cauliflower salad with some crispy veggies would be more appealing.

| I used to hate salads. I refused to try any new ones. I was at someones house one day and they served salad to start. I didn't want to be rude so I had some. I was suprised to find it wasn't half bad. I now have salad once a day.
