I love your suggestions they're excelent. The other thread I'm on Loving your husbands and children too is the greatest of help to me too. It holds me accountable and we're challenging each other too. Makes drinking all that water fun and easier to swallow when you know someone else is out there in the same boat or should I say feeling like a fish who just got thrown out of the boat. Ha Ha!! Way to go to you for enlisting help! God is the greatest help of all, no matter what we are facing.

Sometimes its hard to stay focused when your scheduled is so hectic. When you have the added responsibility of caring for others, it pulls a lot of time from you and you sometimes neglect yourself because your energy is gone.
Many of us make the mistake and try to take it on alone. Here are some ways that I am learning to deal with it.
Share your goals with your family so that they can help you.
Ask for help when you need it. You're not superwoman.
Include your family in your routine, sometimes they're more willing than you think.
God is always willing to help, just ask!
