Can my daughter do ellictipals ?

Hi, Mina

I think the eliptical machine will be safe for your daughter, as long as she is tall enough to use it with a normal movement pattern. If she's too short and it looks more like she's climbing than running, that might cause problems.

Also, I wouldn't advise making her use it if she doesn't want to--it would be better to help her find some activity that will keep her moving and that he enjoys doing. She could build up a life-long aversion to exercise if she's forced to do it. But if she wants to do it, and she fits the machine OK, it should be fine.

My daughter is overweight and we just bought ellipticals so should my 8yr daughter can do excriese on ellipticals with no resistance
