It is hard to keep motivated. I try and join in a challenge or on a Spark team to keep me going to reach my goals. They are slow going right now. I did get a heart rate monitor for Christmas and that is helping me some. Find some other ways to fit in exercise instead of the usually things. Check out the Resource Fitness section and find some articles about fitting in fitness. One that I can remember is called Burn Baby Burn to give some ideas for burning extra calories. Some people walk or jog in place, jumping jacks, jumping rope, ride a stationary bike, while watching their favorite TV show. BUT you can also adjust your Change Diet goals to reflect a low number of calories burned during the week which should give you a lower calorie intake and you can still loose a few LBS doing this as well.

this may sound funny but when i don't want to work out, I go to the grocery store (after I've eaten and with a list) and buy my full week of groceries. Then when I get home I take one bag into the house at a time. This way i am getting my walking in and a little wieght lifting as well.
Or I sit on the couch and watch a really intense cardio/arobic show and think, "Wow, that looks hard. I'm glad I'm not doing THAT..."
