| I love spaghetti squash too. It is great as a spaghetti substitute or as a base for any casserole calling for any kind of pasta.

| You can scoop or cut out the seeds before baking too. Spaghetti squash is delicious with sage.

I generally prefer baking spaghetti squash in the oven. Pierce the exterior of the squash with a knife (similar to how you would pierce the skin of a baking potato prior to putting it in the oven) and place the squash in a 350° oven for between 45 minutes and an hour (you are looking for the squash to become tender). All you need to do then is remove the squash from the oven, then scoop out all of the seeds and enjoy the fruit (use a fork to remove the flesh in stringy strands).
Similar to SKINNYSPORTS, I enjoy my spaghetti squash with salt and pepper and some butter. It's also nice with some nutritional yeast sprinkled on top.

cut it in half place both halves in a microwaveable pyrex dish (the long rectagular ones, they will overlap a bit) cover with punctured saran wrap microwave on the automatic setting, consult you microwave manuel it will tell you wich one, for me it's A8. It's the same setting for other winter squashes such as butternut.
when it is done, scood out and dispose of the seeds using a fork remove the rest of the "flesh" it should come out in strings like spaghetti great served with a little marge and salt, or as a substitue for pasta or baked in the oven with Tomatoes and parmesagne(sp.) cheese
