| Did the profile you put in give you a diet plan? If you look on your nutrition page it should have a button that says "show meal plans" or "add a food". If you clikc the meal plan one it will bring up a whole menu of things for all meals/snacks and I think you can substitute also. You can always click "How do I use this page" as well for better instruction. It maps out a pretty reasonable meal plan that seems not too bad to start with. Good luck!

 I have just started this program today and I'm confused on how I figure out exactly what I should eat for the day...I took the profile and I am definitely an emotional eater who loves sweets and I get discouraged easily and eat chocolate when I'm depressed...I'm a person who can follow directions well..can anyone give me hints on how to develop a good plan diet for an emotional/carb lovin eater...I have about 60 pounds to lose. Thanks.

| I've just started Sparkpeople as of the !st, am very impressed with the format (was using fitday.com and that was very limited). I just read the Fast Break outline and didn't realize I don't have to be perfect yet! Looking forward to moving on and improving my lifestyle!
