Hey there! Put everything into smaller goals...like..today I will only eat 100 calories in junkfood, instead of "oh my goodness, I only can have 1200 calories today and that means I can't have any junkfood!" Don't sell yourself short. This is sooo totally worth doing.

Hi, Clarkteam! You've found the best place on the planet for encouragement! Have a look around the message boards. Everyone is so kind and helpful! Take a look around for some recipes, maybe you can find some to replace your junk food. I found one with cucumbers & sea salt that's supposed to mimic my beloved salt & vinegar chips. :)
Another thing I'm trying to do is keep my "junk" food to those 100 calorie packs. I force myself to only eat one pack as a snack, but the portion-control aspect of it works for me.

Well I've introducded myself on the intro board and put my water on my Fast Break menu - I know I'm not eating enough ( but then snack on junk). Please help I need the encouragement. TIA.
