so far my bf and i have tried the chicken chowder and the chocolate chip cookies....AWESOME! The cookie recipe is enough for 3 dozen, each cookie is only 100 cal. I bake 1 dozen at a time and freez the rest. Next on the list is the breakfast casserole. I love to cook so i think all the recipes are great!

The SparkPeople recipes all look so yummy!! Since I just started, I have been taking notes and will be heading to the grocery store this week! There are also recipes that I know my hubby will enjoy, which is a very good thing!
The recipe for the Mexican Stuffed Peppers featured in article form today (1/2/07) has always been a favorite through a Betty Crocker recipe, I look forward to trying this more healthful version!

I made the Buffalo Chicken sandwiches for dinner tonight and they were SO good! I used tobasco sauce and they were super hot, so if you are sensitive to spicey foods, you may want to try something more mild. DH and I love spicey foods though, so it was great for us. I heated up some baked beans to go with.
I've also tried the Chicken Marsala and it is wonderful as well! So far, I love the spark people recipes!!
