one of my favorite snacks (which absolutley repulses my boyfriend): Laughing Cow garlic & herb cheese spread on low-fat Ritz crackers, with a little bit of Sriracha hot sauce and topped with pepperoncini peppers.

I'm a big fan of fat free pretzels dipped in salsa. It's a basic snack, but a yummy one that leaves me satisfied.

measuring out cereal, then putting in a bowl or mug to munch on is great cuz there are a lot of tiny pieces i can eat one at a time and make it last awhile (i like multi grain cheerios now - 100 cals for a cup approx)

I have had at least 4 times now of passing kidney stones. Just drink a LOT!!!!! I graze after 3 or 4 pm. and i eat most anything but popcorn is good and crackers with low fat content. And yogurt. And tuna fish if great and great protein and it satisfies you!!!! Hope this helps a bit.

Lite popcorn, any kind of nuts, and dried fruit are my favorites. I also like to mix my own trail mixes with a combination of my favorite nuts, cereals, or popcorn with fruits, and a little chocolate. A little goes a long way in a mix. Keep little dixie cups nearby to help with portion control.

a half cup of All-Bran extra fiber is 13 grams of fiber... if you pair that with a quarter cup of chocolate chips, you have a crunchy, filling snack.

I agree with the fruits & veggies. Keep them available so you'll grab those before something else. Bagged salad.

I have a team, Cooking Made Easy, where we share healthy easy to prepare delicious recipes. Check my page for the link.

You have to not look at it as a diet, but a lifestyle. Eating healthy does not necessarily mean depriving yourself.

Best of luck to you!

One good thing is to have cut up veggies and fruit handy and ready to go. That way when you want a snack, you have something healthy on had. Also, whole wheat bagels. I eat half of one toasted with apple butter--yummy. Right now I am also loving little clementines...easy to peel, very tasty and only 30 calories.

Maybe you can look at what it is that you eat right now and try to find more healthy substitutions...that might be a good place to start...

Good luck!
