| Hi David, you are in a great place. As long as you can feel the pain you will be able to use the pain avoidance to get the extra push you need to get things done. Plan, Do, Review. Don't go overboard at the sacrifice of thoroughness. The best thing you can do is get a Personal Trainer. Is is important that you preform your exercises correctly. Do you belong to a gym that has Personal Trainers? I will be glad to work with you. If you need any help with the site, I can at least point you in the right direction.

| Congratulations on making it to the gym... That is great we all need that reminder at times that is why were here for that encouragemnet when we start to fall. So I will be praying that this is not the beging of nothing for you. Since I can't make it to the gym when I want to I got some DVD's and I am starting those this week so I know how hard it is. Good luck on your weight loss and getting healthy.

I am so sick and tired of always feeling sick and tired...I need to do something about this. Today I made it to the gym today for the first time in a very long time and it felt nice. I have broken the promise to myself to get back into the gym one too many times and so today I decided to take that first step. I am so glad I did...I could actually look myself in the mirror with a bit of pride glowing in my eyes and this was nice...everyone remind me of this when i try to quit in six months! :O)
Happy New Year everyone...
