OK, got brave enough to weigh myself this am. According to my scales I am down 8 lbs from las known weight. Kind of scary, part of me doubts the scales part of me want to say "Yea". But it is a start. Thank you all for being here and after reading how Sparks wasn started, beleive me I am most grateful for his plan and mainly for keeping it free. I have on the past belong to boards that were free at their beginning but went to pay. Sometimes though it may to you very most best advantage to use the place you may not have the income to do so. So as I said O am most grateful for this "place" on the web.

congrats. i know how you feel (ecstatic right) i had my first weigh in today and i lost 4 1/2. so i'm estatic too.

I weighed in this morning and I have lost 3 pounds (I checked twice to be sure)!!!!!!! I am so excited!!! I am having a very positive day. I had to attend a (challenge)dinner meeting last night and dinner was chili and corn bread. I was able to resist 2nds and I only ate a resonable portion (1 cup) and 1 small 2x2 square of bread,my mind wanted more of coarse, I did very well.
