don't know if you ever tried this recipe...but I have made it several times and my family loves it! Just make sure to seadon it well, the first try was a bit bland. I also added low fat shredded cheese to the top of it once which turned out to be a big hit with my kids.

| That sounds good too.. Makes it more like a steak and potatos! I like that idea. I think I'll make that tonight. Maybe with a salad? What do you think? I'm glad someone else thinks it sounds good. Sometimes I'll look at stuff and then it taste gross

| Has anyone tried the Meat/Potato Loaf that's listed in the recipe? It sounds great but I'm wondering how it taste. I have a lb a beef unthawing at home for supper but I need something that the hubby will like too. I love the idea that the potato is right in there since we normally eat meatloaf with mashed potatos
