| I find that drinking water til I float is a good solution when I've overindulged. Somehow it takes extra water to process extra food.

| I can sympathize with those who went over yesterday. I usually take the day off from dieting. However I did okay yesterday. I kept drinking water --I think my eyeballs are floating -- and when I wasn't cooking, I stayed out of the kitchen. Also, I didn't do the pre-meal muchcnies that gets the food out in the livingroom etc.

YIKES is right. I went way over 1200 calories during Thanksgiving. Although we had a great holiday, talking alot as usual and eating alot, I have to start over! I have the motivation to do so.

rule of thum for chinese eating ... ask them to cook the food in water not soy (reduced the sodium content a great deal), try to avoid deep fried foods and stick with veggies as much as possible and chicken thoes tend to be the most healthy choices around.
I eat chinese a lot and those are what I follow and i realy hit over 1,000mg of sodium in a day when i follow that deal

Sodium is a devil! I try and try to keep my sodium down. But it seems that it is the easiest one for me to consume. So the very thing I don't want to eat, I do! Tomorrow is another day! Being aware is a lot of the battle. Before SparkPeople, I had no idea how much sodium I was intaking. Together we can help each other
Be blessed Tami

| Don't be too hard on yourself. Start of fresh tomorrow. We all have bad days.

| If it helps, I went over by 1000 calories today.

| I love Chinese food. It is very hard to choose what is healthy to eat so I just avoid the place. Sucks I know.

I went 300 calories over my count and my sodium was way way up there.Yikes. I guess I can never have Chinese food again no matter how careful I thought I was.
