Stir-frys are my fave and super-easy to make, frozen veggies some chicken, and whatever sauces you feel like adding - I use a little soy and add some spices and you've got a quick meal in about 15 minutes.

Another great investment is a rice steamer - brown rice in less than 30 minutes and you can't screw it up!

You'll want to add exercise at some point but, really, one thing at a time.

I know exactly what you mean about needing simple cooking.

I fry meat in a teflon pan without oil many nights. For boneless chicken or lean (cheap!) steaks, I heat up the pan on high, sear both sides, put the lid on and turn it to almost low. When a puddle forms around the meat, it is usually done.

Potatoes microwave in two and a half to three minutes a piece, and frozen vegies are fine with me.

I also do spaghetti squash ahead, heat up in microwave and mix bottled spaghetti sauce with ground turkey I cooked up ahead, and microwave that too. Low calorie and quick.

I am doing okay and I love just eating and tracking...
I am not using the Meal plans but I would like to know how there are?
I can't do complicated cooking...never fits my family and our lifestyle.
