This is my first time doing anything like this. I swore I wouldn't ever do the message boards or blog or anything like that. I've already found so many great people who I can relate to and who have similar interests. And we are all working to be healthier together. How cool is that?!

| Welcome! I hope you'll find lots of support and encouragement here. I think there are some articles to read about shift workers, I think the most important part is to eat like you would on a "normal" day any day. Eat breakfast after you get up, lunch about 6 hours later and dinner 6 hours after that with a few snacks inbetween.

Hello all!! I'm excited to be starting on this journey with you all. I am a rehab nurse working rotating shifts, and when I work night shift...I eat ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT. any help with that would be appreciated. Thanks and good night or is it good morning?!
