I know this is an old post but I'll take
PG: Deron Williams - Great distributor, clutch, and young SG: Richard Hamilton - Perfect midrange shooter, great coming off screens SF: Rashard Lewis - can post up or pop 3's and a good rebounder PF: Tim Duncan - the 2nd best TEAM player in the NBA behind Nash C: Amare Stoudemire - Just a beast 6th: Monte Ellis - Instant offense
I think like the last Olympics showed you can't just pick a bunch of "Alpha Dog" type players and expect to get results.

| Wallace is an intimidating defender. But I still think that Duncan is a more formidable force in the paint both offensively and defensively. Duncan still alters shots and plays great interior defense. Either lineup would be virtually impossible to stop.

| Very little makes me happy Tommy. Odom being out shows there's a gaping hole at the PF spot and the Lakers are getting slapped around for it. Once they have a chance to figure out the new chemistry in Denver, they're going to be trouble.

I'll take Coop's lineup with one change. Wallace over Duncan. With this much offense I want someone to wreak havoc inside on the defensive end.
PG Steve Nash SG Dwyane Wade SF Lebron James PF Amare Stoudemire C Ben Wallace
p.s. Anyone that doesn't have Steve Nash as point guard is crazy!

| AI in Denver. In about a month we'll get to see AI and Melo on the same court. As a Laker fan, that makes me nervous.

I probably wouldn't win too many games with this (fantasy) lineup, but I like to watch these guys play for their effort and attitude towards the game.

Bibby at Point Wade Off guard LeBron at Small Forward Nowitzki at Power Forward Ming at Center.
If I could swing it, I'd still have Shaq off the bench. Even at the end of his career, the dude is just scary.
