| Mu husband is the BBQ king and he loved=s his injector. We ususaly do a deep fried turkey at Thksgiving and he injects it with his own JD based sauce. I know he uses a wide variety of things in his sauce and one of them is balsamic. your injector should come with some recipes and there are some good recipes on the internet.

Hi everyone!
Has anyone ever used a meat injector? I saw one and was thinking of picking one up and before I chose one, I wanted feedback on this subject.
Also, bc I am not quite out of the novice stage of cooking, when making marinades, oil as a base or can you do balsamic or both?
