I have been doing cardio and strength training. I get my cardio on a Precor elliptical which allows me to choose which parts of my legs to work, I choose the whole darn thing from booty on down, so that is why my butt is looking nice.
I will be adding hill walking (outside) back into my scheduile soon, had to cut it out due to travel etc. But that helps too.
On the stomach it is long term preserverance on cardio/fat burning. Takes a long time to burn that stuff off, mine is still coming off.

you have to do cardio AND strength train. So maybe try running or taking some kind of class. Things that involve medicine balls or swiss balls are good because they elevate your heart rate while making you work your core.
but don't stress, this is the hardest area for A LOT of people to lose weight. It'll come off. Also, try to stay away from wheat.. thats one of the worst foods for the job.

| Don't know what kind of cardio you're doing but I've heard that it's the best way to banish belly fat. For the booty, lunges are your best friend.

| I have tried everything to get this middle part of my stomach to go down ?????? What am I doing wrong ???? How do I get my backend to get smaller too ?? What kind of workout do I need to do ??? Thank You.....
