| Thanks all. I was just wondering. I didn't want them to move me up this week as it will be two weeks. I want to wait until I have exercised correctly for two weeks as I have had a bum foot and now fixing to start the exercise regimen.

yes, you do have to manually click --if you go to My Spark Points page, you will see the different diet stages-- Best of luck -- We can do it

Mphskris25,
I got an email from SP saying it was time to move on, but I think I have to manually click something here to move forward and I haven't done that yet.

I always waited until Spark changed me from one stage to another--I figured I have nothing but time and I didn't put this weight on in one week so it's not going to come off that way, either Isn't exercise fun?? I never thought I would ever say that, but I try to get my exercise in in the mornings--my day just goes so much better. Yes, you do have more bounce in your step--Just hang in there Jodi It only gets better. Pretty soon all this tracking and exercising will become second nature.

When I started this two weeks ago, I didn't think I had enough energy to even do 15 minutes of walking while watching tv! Now I am working out every morning at 5:30am every morning with my husband. I have much more energy and am feeling great. I didn't meet my goals o f tracking my food everyday, but I did do at least 8 days out of 14. For anyone who has a hard time doing the morning thing, just do it! You will feel so much better:)
