| When I'm looking for a little extra protein and a serving of fruit, I grab one of my kids' Del Monte fruit cups, drain out the juice, and throw it on top of Knudsen low fat cottage cheese. It has to be Knudsen though! Other cottage cheeses have a sour taste and smell to them, but Knudsen is just nice and creamy.

My favorite is low fat triscuts topped with fat free cream cheese.
I also like dill pickels, sliced and covered with cream cheese.
Sliced cucumbers with fat free sour cream, little salt and pepper. Yum.

So, I would like someone to please send me some recipes. What I am looking for, are just simple, easy to make, snacks. If you have any, I would greatly appreciate them.
I have some 100 calorie packs stuff here, but I want something that TASTES healthy.
Thanks
