| Consider it a learning experience. Over the next few days, examine what is adding the most calories, and see if there is a healthier alternative for that food. Be wary of dressings and condiments that eat up your allowed calorie intake. Also, drink nothing but water to save calories wasted on soda and juice.

I had the opposite problem. I am having to add nutritional things to mine to bring the calories and everything up within the desired level, oh and to get my fat intake down.
But yes, I know what you mean. I "was" addicted to Snickers until I found out what a big part of my daily calories they are.

I have just started today. I am just following the fast break....water, walk, and read. I have been putting everything I eat in the nutritional log and OH MY!!! It is only 2:30 p.m. and I am already 300 calories over and 19 grams of fat over. What an eye opener!
