Either start a new Forum topic or on your signature. You could always wait and not post them until your measure again and show the loss.

I took my measurements because I wanted to see for myself where my progress was occurring. But (and I as because I'm still finding new stuff on this site because this is only my 3rd day) where are you talking about putting them for all to see?

I haven't taken mine yet. Plan on doing it in the morning. I am different, I plan on posting it for everyone to see and I know there are others out there that like to see the inches disappear as well as the scale go down.

Measurements are a good thing. You might think that they are bad now, but just think about all of the inches you will be losing and what your accomplishments are so far!

'Post' them on your own spreadsheet. I have mine in a spreadsheet with one tab per month (granted...I just started Tuesday, so the spreadsheet is pretty blank, but...). If you are single, put it on your bathroom mirror/if you have others in the house who you don't want seeing this, put it in your checkbook, maybe, so that you are the only one who will see - but put it somewhere that you'll look at it! But by writing it down, I find that I had a reference point. Even if the scale does not change much, but stuff is moving around-as evidenced by the measurements-I don't feel like I've not accomplished much.

AND Annmargaret - each of us is choosing to change our lifestyle and habits for the exact same reason you are: we are bothered by our numbers!

AnnMargaret....you don't have to post them, but having them visible to you is helpful and can be motivating. No one needs to see them, but you. Good luck!
