Now I'm really confused cause I happened to be at a store on Sunday where I looked at packages for both and they both said zero calories. ????? I like the zero calories better

My bag of chile de arbol says 1/4 oz is 25 calories. Not sure how many chiles are in 1/4 oz though. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know what the caloric value is for the dried peppers called "Chile de Arbol" and "Guajillo"????? I'd like to make Pozole and would like to make an accurate calorie count of the recipe but can't find the info on these peppers anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
