Hey everyone! How are we all doing? Well we have completed week one. Does anyone have success stories to tell. I think I am going to be a success, but my weigh day isn't until tomorrow morning. I'm looking forward to it, but I hope I'm not being too optimistic. Counting calories has been a huge help for me. I'm a pretty competitive person, so I try and "beat" my cals from the day beflre. so far it seems to be working but I know it is still early. I hope I can maintain this level of motivation and determination. I hope everyone has had a good week and here's to week #2. Good luck! Kari

| Congrats Butterfly. And ChristyMare I'm in my first week too and signed up months ago but just got started this week. I "discovered" the SparkPoints yesterday and that's been really helpful in getting me connected to the site...and yes doing posts as I get "points" for them! (LOL)

I am also just completing day 1 of this program. I felt very energized and good about myself today. My biggest struggle will be exercising consistently and not getting bored with it. Congratulations on your first day and heres to many more congratulations as we conquor more firsts!

Just wanted to say "I am so proud of you too!!". I've been doing this for 'bout a week and I asolutely love it. I created my account a few months ago but never followed through. | Today I started the Fast Break program and I am proud of myself. I have started a diet about once a month for the past four months and everytime I only make it about half the day. I think that I was able to get through the day pretty easily because of my days of preparation on the sparks website. I was able to plan my strategy for the day and I think thats what made it successful. I know it may be trivial to celebrate the first day, but for me its exciting. I believe that I can do this. I did not have to change my life around, but I'm starting with little changes and that makes it easier to handle. I actually ate a few vegetables that I usually never touch but I got some ideas from the website to spice them up a bit and I enjoyed eating them. Well, I've been inspired by the support and help that I've gotten from this program so far and I hope that I will be able to inspire others once I start dropping the pounds.
