Hi:
I often have this for breakfast, sounds funny but it is tastey and filling.
Fruit salad (melons are my favorite), in diet jello (strawberry), topped with low fat cottage cheese and two slices of reduced calorie whole wheat toast on the side.
This really sticks with me.
Another thing I sometimes do, is Oatmeal, cooked overnight with milk in the Crockpot (slow cooker). Before eating, I stir in a teaspoon of low fat Peanut Butter and a teaspoon of reduced calorie jam.
As you can see, I am not an "egg" in the morning person!
