Hi,S

Sounds like you've got a lot on your plate (except food, that is).

I just want to let you know that SP has a sister site (www.babyfit.com) which is designed for women who are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive. It's also free and has a lot of info about your special nutritional needs during pregnancy and lactation. You can belong to both sites at once.

Hope this helps. Good luck with all your projects!

Hello Everyone,

My daughter is 13 months and I've managed to lose the 65 pounds I gained during my pregnancy. I've resolved to lose another 15-20 before getting pregnant again and really watch what I eat so that I only gain the recommended 35 pounds. I hope that SP will help b/c I've been trying to lose this 15 lbs for months and I'm anxious to get pregnant again. I'll be 35 in May and my doctor says the time is now to conceive.

My issue is that there are SO many things going in in my life right now including starting a new business, running another existing business, selling my home and moving to a new state this Summer and my DH not having a job yet in the new state (which may post insurance problems if I'm pregnant).

We've always been able to rise to the occasion, but I'm nervous about trying to lose this weight fast, get pregnant soon and get everything else done.

So, I'm really glad to find SP and this forum and look forward to reading what everyone else is going through too.
