Thanks. I don't remember who told me that but it just kind of threw me off. Im trying to do better things for my body. I drink alot of water at work. Its just when i get home that i have the problem.

I read an article not too long ago on that very thing. But it stated that you'd have to drink a ton of water in order for it to be bad...I'm talking gallons.

In my Bowflex book (got it with my equipment) it actually suggests "super hydration" as a great way to lose weight....and it suggests drinking a gallon of water a day. I couldn't drink that much, but I can get those 8 8-ounce glasses in.

Keep trying. Try to drink a glass before each meal or snack and that will get you 4-5 glasses easy. My method is to get all 8 glasses done at work during the week - and then if I drink any more when I get home, that's just extra good for me!

Im doing really well on my three goals except on the water. I'm making it to 5 cups and then I stop. I was told that too much water can be bad. Is that true?
