| Try eating foods with more protein and fiber. They tend to keep you fuller longer.

| I have had the same issue today. I was so hungry when I got off work that I ate dinner early. I have been drinking my water. Usually I can make it to eat dinner late in the evening but today my stomach felt like it was totally empty.

| I agree with starting breakfast later in the morning and try something like oatmeal if you like it I find that when I eat oatmeal with some apples cut up in it and DRINK MY water I am not as hungry when lunch time comes. I may eat lunch around 1:30 and more water and save my snack for the drive home before cooking dinner. Keep a journal for a week and see what works best for you. You can do it... it just takes some planning!

| Well i just had a soup for lunch about an hour ago and now i am hungry so i know how u feel. But i will hold out for a few more minutes then i will have me a banana and some water. Later i will have me a snack with some more water and that will hold me until breakfast. I try not to cook too often i get by on my salads or soups sometimes noodles.

Hi! I find if you have a mid morning snack and a mid afternoon snack then theres no hunger.Watch the calories and you will have room for an evening snack.Ilike spreading my food throughout the day rather than three meals a day.Hope this helps you.

Why don't you plan on having a snack right about that time? Also, are you drinking all you water? That should keep you from being that hungry. One thing that works for me is having breakfast a little bit late (so I actually eat my breakfast in my desk), so that I'm not going to be starving by lunchtime and thus I can eat lunch not too early, which in turn helps me not being hungry until dinnertime. And of course lots and lots of water all the time. That keeps me full.

YOU KNOW IVE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS PLAN AND I DO OK THROUGH OUT THE DAY CAUSE I HAVE MY snacks BUT ONCE 4PM COMES AROUND IM HUNGARY AND THEN I HAVE TO GET HOME COOK SO I USUALLY EAT AROUND 6:30 ANY IDEAS OR TIPS I CAN USE TO HELP ME. ???
