I agree, Mondays can be hard, especially after a busy weekend. But I feel like if I can eat right and exercise on Monday, it sets the pace for the whole week (to do well). I find that if I don't make it to the gym on Monday, I feel bad about it for the rest of the week...so start your week off right, even though it can be tough!

Good morning to all. I woke up this morning after having a great weekend and I wasn't really all that up to doing my cardio today. I thought about it for an hour or so. But I did get on my treadmill. I did one mile in 17 min. Then I did my strength training and got right back on the treadmill to do my next mile. I knew if I didn't do it right away I might make excuses to not do it. Well I did it and I feel glad that I did. I did my second mile in 18 min. Monday's excersise is done!!! I was never really big on excercise that is why I am in the shape I am in. Day 6 and still on track.
