While technically you aren't a Celiac you have to avoid wheat the same way we do. We also have to avoid oats, barley and rye so mostly our recipes are for rice and corn items. You should probably avoid oats also because they are cross contaminated by wheat in most instances. Anyway if you'd like to learn more about eating wheat free you could come over and join our team. Have you looked at the recipes here on Spark People? You would have to go into them and see what the ingredients are on any that sound good to you. You will find them on the Resource Center tab, just under the word CENTER, you will see recipes. Click on recipes and explore them. Good luck!
