Good job!! You should indeed be very proud of yourself. This is how one can make those lifestyle changes. You don't need to stop going out or having those wonderful dates with your husband, you just need to learn how to make good choices, and that's exactly what you did!
I'm proud of you too!

I just wanted to share that this is day 5 for me and my husband and I went out to a nice restaurant for dinner tonight. I am proud of myself for a couple reasons. We have been going here for quite a while and I usually order Steak and garlic mashed potatoes and eat like 2 or 3 rolls along with my salad and of course a nice glass of white wine. Well today I ordered Halibut, Blue lake green beans a salad with no croutons, which I really love and I had dressing on the side instead of extra on the side. I ordered a baked potatoe with everything on the side and only added one tsb of butter and 2 of sour cream along with the chives and I only had one roll with only one pad of butter for both sides instead of a pad for each half like I would normally do. I did have however 2 glasses of white wine instead and I have stayed within my calorie levels all weekend. And I really enjoyed my meal. I looked up the restaurant online before going so I knew exactly what I was going to order before I got there and it was a very pleasant meal.
