| If I eat twelve almonds and drink of bottle of water, I'm good for quite a while. The water must make those almonds swell up or something.

| Hi. I found out recently that I get into trouble with low calorie snacks. I'm talkin low-fat graham crackers, low-fat wheat thins, no-salt pretzels, etc. I don't know why I bought this processed, preservative laden, low/no nutrition foods anyway?!? Whole foods are the most filling and satisfying.

| try to determine if you are ACTUALLY hungry, or if you are bored, depressed or things like that. if you are truly hungry and you have calories left over, then grab something small. otherwise find something else to do. i find if i think im hungry and water isnt helping i add some flavor to my water with things like fufill or spark water.... it tastes good, has 5 or no calories and i am not hungry any more. good luck!
