There is an article in the nutrition section about boosting your calcium. I take a multivitamin (you also need vitamin D to help absorb the calcium) and I get my calcium from leafy greens and beans. I don't drink milk although I do use calcium fortified soy milk for my smoothies.

I need ideas for calcium. I do not like milk or yogurt, and cheese is so high in fat. What do others do for calcium?
