| That is a pain when they tell you how many servings but not the size, isn't it. I've ran into that same dilema many a time. I which they would include the actual serving size an all recipes too!

| usually a serving size is 1/2 cup. Or visualize the size of a deck of cards or the palm of your hand.

| How much is a serving size? On the baked rice, it makes 4, but serving size is one, so how much is one serving size?
