Hi Girls!!

I have missed you all! I know we are all busy, but I think about you all often.

I met w/ a nutritionist/personal trainer today. I am going to have her set me up on a nutrition plan made specifically for me. I have always wanted something like that, so I am so excited. Then we are going to do a personal training session too. That way she can see my form and how much weight I use and then set me up on a program for fitness based on that. I plan to be in bikini shape by next summer.

Oh, speaking of next summer. THe riverhouse should be ready for a skinny reunion! HOw about it??

They haven't worked on the house lately, but it has come a long way since the beginning of summer, so I am hoping that by next summer is will be liveable!

Let me know if any of you might be up for it. I can't believe how fast time flies and that it has been 2 yrs. since we got together last.

I have been so busy lately embroidering. Right now I am working on wedding gifts for my uncle. The wedding is tomorrow. I have some Halloween bags to make for my aunt's granddaughter that they ordered and since they will be in town I will take it to them instead of them having to pay shipping. So, I have a few things that need to be done tonight. THen Danny was telling me about some more shirts he needs me to do, so I will be busy for awhile. Which is good since I have been shopping a little lately. I bought some clothes last weekend and some suitcases for our trip and spent too much money. So, I will be glad to make enough to pay for all that and then start putting some away for next months bills. I love contributing a little bit to the bills. It really makes me feel better.

I hear a baby crying. He just got up from a nap.

Have a wonderful evening!

Cindi

Hi everyone. Wow, it looks like everyone has been busy!
I guess someone will be starting a new thread before long. Anyway, when I brought my dil's gift over, nothing was said about not calling me. I guess I was taught my boundaries there. From now on I'll send a card with a check.
I did find an empty nesters' site. I just found it a couple days ago, so we'll see. Life after kids is hard to get used to when your used to them pretty much consuming your life.
I do have my pets! :)
Gracie starts obedience training Sat. It goes until Nov. 11.
Well, I hope to see some posts!

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to cuop. My sister was here all last week and we had a great time. Here's a short recap:
Sunday:Canoeing on the Harpeth River
Monday:Belle Meade Plantation tour
Tuesday:Cheekwood Botanical Garden tour
Wednesday:My friend took the kids so Brenda & I went to Opry Mills to shop. We also celebrated my sister's 43rd birthday.
Thursday: Drove about 3 hours to Cumberland Caverns and took the cave tour
Friday: Brenda sat in on Dave's radio show for an hour, then we went to the Hard Rock Cafe in downtown Nashville to get her dh some drumsticks. He collects them for some odd reason. Then we strolled along the Cumberland River and took a quick tour of Ft. Nashborough. After that, we went to the Parthenon building. It's an exact replica of the Parthenon.
Saturday: I took her to the airport and came home. Then Mark & I took the kids to Montgomery Bell Park to the lake to try out our own canoe to see if it would float. Thankfully, it did.
Sunday: We went to church, came home to eat lunch and then planned our first Bible Study meeting. That night we had our first meeting and it went a lot better than I expected. I'm looking forward to being a part of a small group again.

Kathy ~ I just read about your brother. How scary! And the egg donor...ugh! Hopefully the courts will be able to see how incompetent this woman is.

Michelle ~ Sounds like the pool will be done just in time for summer next year.

Becky ~ I think we need one of those campers! Thanks for the info on the places you liked/didn't like. I'm hoping next Spring we can make it to the Smokies. Glad you had a nice time in Cincinatti.

Cindi ~ Yay on the sz 6 clothes! Yes, we do need to go to lunch. Our schedule has been really hectic and Mark has been really busy at work. He didn't come home until after 9 last night due to a special project he and a bunch of the other developers were working on.

Randi ~ How is the Body clutter book? I have heard of that, but never read it.

Joce ~ I bet you are protected since you are military. I'm a part of HSLDA(homeschool legal defense association) and a few years ago there were articles about people being arrested for homeschooling their kids in Germany. You can do a lot with a 4yo...they are like little sponges. Isabella drives me nuts b/c she always wants to do school. I had to set up some boundaries with her or I would never get any "me" time. I usually send her to her room with a pile of books for an hour so I get that time. She's pretty happy with it and I get a break. Homeschooling can be very challenging at times, but I feel well worth the effort. There's a good book I'm reading about it right now. I'll email you the title.

Sandy ~ Maybe you could tell your son and dil that you & Brent enjoy having lunch with them and were wondering when you could get together. Let them set the date, especially if they are really busy. That way they hopefully won't feel pressured, but instead will realize you just enjoy their company and would like to spend time with them every once in a while. As far as detaching from you, I think that is to be expected since the boys are starting lives with a spouse. It's that leave and cleave principle found in the Bible at work. Not that it makes it any easier for you. I know that I will probably have a tough time of it when my kids get older and marry. Maybe you could join a support group for empty nesters? Is there such a thing? I'm just brainstorming here.... Anyway, hugs to you Sandy. I know this has been tough.

I had a root canal yesterday so I'm still in a bit of pain. I need to get off here and tell the kids what their next assignment is. Have a great day everyone and I'll try to start checking in more often.

Sandy~what was the reason why they didn't show? I would be excited if my MIL invited me for dinner for my bday! My feelings would have been hurt too. You still work in your flowers? It's mum time! I love fall flowers.

Kathy~gotcha. I can't believe that donor! She really has nerve. It really sucks in the meantime that you have to fork out all that $$$. I guess it would be worth it to keep her from getting custody. We all know they're better w/y'all.

Gotta go do some chores.

Hi all!
I've been going through some trials with my middle son & his wife. I invited them over for supper for her bd and they didn't come! It really hurt my feelings. Her bd was yesterday. I knew she'd be going to her parent's so I asked if they could come Tues. Sigh!
Kathy- My oldest son is 28. He's a State Trooper, he's married with a baby. My middle son is going to be 25 in Nov., he's married and works in maintenance. My youngest and only daughter is going to be 20 Oct. 3. She is in her sophmore year at college. What are you going to school for?
I am going through a lot of stressors right now- with the empty nest, pending perimenopausal symptoms, dealing with my 81 yo mother and my sons both detaching from me to please their wives...

I need to figure out what I need to do with my life now that raising children is over.

Better get to it!

Hey Michelle,

No, Justin has always been here. He's the one we had so many problems with after he saw the doner in December. Maybe you all don't know...she filed for sole custody of Justin & Elisabeth. We are not "fit or decent" and she is "fit and decent" to be raising them. So, even though it is a crock of sh&^, we've had to fork over many thousands of dollars for an attorney and will undoubtedly have to shell out even more. Just the fact that she married a child abuser is enough that any sane person would tell her she's off her nut to think the kids would go there to live! Also, she has had 6 different addresses since she moved! Also, hello...she walked off and abandoned her kids.... now she wants them back?????

Test score: 92%. I thought I had a 96, but I'm happy with 92. LOL

We have also been having beautiful weather here. Even a bit on the chilly side. Love that at night!

WTG on the jogging. I think I'll try to do something later. Rick had his epidural cordisone injection today. He said it's the first time in many months that he hasn't felt constant pain. Hope it lasts!

Talk to you all later.

Good morning skinnies. It feels great outside today. It is actually in the 70s right now. Wow! Highs only supposed to be around 85 or so. Not too bad. Humidity level is down too, so that makes it nice.

Ok, enough about weather in SE Texas.

Kathy~Alot going on right now up in Maryland, huh? Let us know your grade. I'm sure it's an A. I'll keep your brother and mom in my prayers. So, Justin is the one that was w/the donor? I didn't realize he came back. Glad he's doing good in school.

Becky~glad to hear you had a great time at the wedding. I love getting away w/dh alone. Doesn't happen very often though. LOL My Kade goes to kindergarten all day. When is Cole's birthday? Will he go all day next year or do y'all go half?

I need to get in the shower.

Hi.

Finally a chance to catch up with my skinnies.

Cindi - WTG on the size 6's!

Michelle - Bet those little guys look adorable all suited up for football! My guys never wanted to play football. It was always soccer & baseball & basketball.

Joce - Yup, that's a long bike ride. I know my sil's sil (got that?lol) home schooled her kids when they were in Germany.

Becky - Glad you had a nice "grown up" weekend! It is really nice to have one of them every now & then!

Debbie - How's schooling going at you place? Are you still getting the exercise in?

Sandy - I meant to ask you earlier, how old are your kids? My oldest is 19. Then 18. They are both away at school. One in Toronto & one in Salisbury, MD.

Randi - How are you doing? Guess you must be busy...Story of our lives, huh.

School is going fine. Had my first exam yesterday. I should know my grade tomorrow. My brother is slowing making progress. My mom is still staying with him. I am filling in as I can. Tomorrow, Rick is having a procedure for his back. Hopefully, it will help. It has been a very long road to finally get something done. My mom went for her follow-up from her treatments in the summer. It was not a successful as the doc had hoped. He did a bunch of biopsy's of her esophagus & we'll hear from that in the next week. He said only about 50% was eradicated from the treatment. Depending on the biopsy results, she'll have to make a big decision on the next step to take. We are busy now with Brownie's & Girl Scouts. Justin is doing great so far in school. All A's and no behavior issues. Keep your fingers crossed. We haven't gotten any more info concerning the custody mess. That hanging out there is such a stressor! Please, God, just make her dissappear! OK. I went back & edited my "d" word. Now it is more acceptable. LOL

Better go get ready for bed.

Talk to you soon.

Hi Skinnies

DH and I had a great time in Cincinatti... the wedding was beautiful and it was nice to have a couples only weekend. Back to reality now, lol!

I did go jogging one morning but didn't keep up with my exercise like I had been. So, I did an extra hard workout this morning at the gym and it felt pretty good! Now if I can get my eating back on track....:)

Cindi~ I don't think I'm that close to Fort Wayne. I live in the Northwest part of Ohio which is close to Michigan and the northeast portion of Indiana. When is your trip to California?

Michelle~ Hope you got all your cleaning done. Is Kade (can't remember if he's the younger one) in all day or half day kindergarten? Cole won't go until next year, we decided to wait and let him mature a bit.

Joce~ good to see you! my mom has a store on ebay and she sells holiday stuff and misc. items. Do you buy a lot on ebay?

Good morning skinnies! Yes, I had a busy week last week. The boys started football and practice. They also started CCD. I need to get used to the business in the week.

Cindi~girl, I didn't realize last week was the finale of Rockstar. I was so mad at myself. I didn't realize it till i read your post. Then I wanted to kick myself. I immediately got online. I liked Lukas. I liked Toby too. I really didn't think Lukas was a good fit, but I guess they saw something in him that I didn't. We'll see. Have a good trip! It sounds like you're ready for some r&r.

Joce~Yeah, that is a long way on the bus. We live just right at a mile from the school, so they don't ride very far. Kade already got tired of it though. I think b/c it's so hot out. LOL

Hi Sandy, Kathy, Becky, and Debbie!!

Better get my day started. I have some cleaning to do. Fun, fun.

Good Morning!

Guess everyone has been busy, huh?

Joce~Good to see you. Let me know how Wesley's appt. goes. How is Tommy doing with weaning? I finally got Lance totally weaned about a month ago. He still pulls at my shirt when he is tired, but he isn't wanting to b/f. I think it is just a habit that he if slowly getting out of.

Michelle~Did you watch Rockstar? I meant to try to call you back this weekend, but I got sooo busy.

Kathy~How is school going?

Sandy~Sounds like you are doing well.

Becky~Hope you had a great trip! I forgot to email you my phone number, but my weekend was too busy anyway, as was yours I am sure. How far are you from Ft. Wayne, IN?

Debbie~When are we going to meet for lunch?

I am heading to Ft. Wayne, IN today w/ Danny and the boys for a few days. It is for business, but the guy Danny is staying with invited me and the boys to keep his wife and kids company. So, Sarah is staying here with my Mom. She is looking forward to the quality time w/ gma.

I had such a busy weekend. Friday was running around getting things together for Danny's festival he was smoking at, then Sat. I did the Juvenile diabetes walk w/ my sister, Kathryn, Mom, and my aunt and I took the kids. Pushing a stroller w/ 2-3 kids in it up and down hills was a workout! Then we went to Daniel's soccer game. He looked so cute. Then we went to the festival to see Danny and walk around. I was there from 5-11pm. My legs were tired yesterday. I got on the t/m for about an hour and my legs actually did better. I thought they might be even more tired, but they weren't.

Yesterday, I had to clean one of the offices we are renting out. We have someone moving in today and Dad was there painting and stuff over the weekend, so I had to scrape paint and drywall mud off the floor, sweep, mop, dust, do windows, clean bathrooms. We got home about 9:30 last night. We were all exhausted. So, I am hoping to sleep in the van on the way to Ft. Wayne today. Hopefully, the boys will too, but Lance is sleeping now, so probably not. He is really good in the car though. Daniel should sleep. He did not want to get out of bed this morning. I had Danny put him in the shower with him, since I didn't have time to bathe him last night. Plus, that helps wake him up in the mornings.

I will be gone til Wed. night, so I will check back sometime later in the week.

Hope everyone has a great week!!

Hi girls,

I am up, just lost an eBay item I was hoping for!! Darn ISDN messing me up at the last minute!! Argh. Oh well.

So I'll try to answer the questions that i remember!

Michelle I meant young age-wise to ride the bus. I just think so maybe I'm nuts. he'd be JUST 5 by then. it seems like a long ride to school - about 12 miles from here. how far do your boys go? how little were they?

Cindi- Wesley has his 4 yr well baby next week so I am going to try to remember to bring up teh drooling!! i am annoyed that i forgot last time but I won't this time!!

Debbie - perhaps it is illegal here but I do know a TON of military families do it so there must be some protection for military families. however what i read about it in my own research is that certain districts have jurisdiction over how the kids are schooled so in some regions it might be okay with that area's school leaders or whatever. So, for now we're saying we're homeschooling although he's only 4. mainly its being creative and helping him find things to do besides watch movies too much!!

i ran into old ALabama neighbors today!! HOORAY!! i didn't even know they were at this base now.

i skimmed posts but sorry, don't have time to respond much!!

Good Morning!

I was ready to got back to bed today, but Daniel fell and was screaming and crying and woke Lance up, so now I am up for awhile. I was going to go to the gym this morning, but Lance is fussy and tired because he got up before he was ready, so I might have to exercise here this morning and go to yoga tonight. The kids were up late last night, so they need to get to bed early tonight.

Michelle~I looked at the Supernova website. I am totally shocked that Lukas won! I tried to play the finale on the computer, but for some reason I couldn't hear it. I will have to have Danny look at the speakers and see if they are hooked up right. I am still shocked. I thought it would be Toby or Dilanna. So, did they give any reasons why they didn't choose them or why they did choose Lukas. I thought maybe since Lukas was never in the bottom 3 til toward the end that he might get it, but I really didn't think so. I don't know why, but he just wasn't my favorite. Same w/ last season though. I forgot that guys name that won the INXS one, but he was good, but not my favorite. Guess that's why I don't really listen to that kind of music.lol

I am going to see if Lance is ready for a nap yet, I am.

Becky~Have fun on your trip. Hope Aunt Flo doesn't go with you. Did you let her know she isn't invited? I have to remember to not invite her to CA w/ me next month.

Sandy~Sounds like you are doing pretty good if you lost last week. Every little bit counts.

Have a wonderful day!

Hi skinnies

All that talk about Aunt Flo coming to visit last week and she came here yesterday...lol! I've been feeling so good from exercise, too, and now I'm a bloated mess! Hopefully it will be going away by Friday cause Scott and I leave tomorrow for Cincinatti for a fun weekend w/out kids! Yeah!! I've decided to get up and jog or walk every morning to keep my exercise going since they don't have a gym at the hotel. I lost a couple pounds before Aunt Flo so I think the exercise is really working for me!

I'll talk to you all when I get back..

Hi All
Cindy- size 6s! That is wonderful!! You are going to Hollywood? When? I am envious- one of these days! The tiredness is VERY likely to be connected to TTOM. Your blood gets low on iron and thus the tiredness. Try eating foods high in iron for a few days- spinach, turnip greens.

How is everyone else doing? I really need to get it into gear. I've done well on eating yesterday and today- that's a start. I lost a half pound since last week. I really need to make myself do some strength training.
Later gators!

I really could, but i haven't been in a few months and can't go next month, and don't want to show up just in time for the holidays and fun meetings.lol Plus, tonight is an open house where they try to get new members. SO, I feel like I should be there. I will see if any of our VCR's will record. One isn't working, one isn't hooked up right, and I never seem to set the timer right for the basement one. I guess I will try, if not you will have to let me know what happens.

Hello!

How's everyone doing?

I had a great weekend, but it was very busy and I was very tired, still am for some reason. I don't remember being this tired w/ TTOM. I can't imagine what else would do it. It seems like it has been going on forever, but this is day 5 and that is usually the end of it for me, so we'll see.

I did go shopping and got some new black capris and a new black dress for our Hollywood trip. I got a top and a couple pairs of shoes. I got Danny some stuff too.

I was excited that everything is 6's now. All the 8's were a bit big. Oh, I got some denim shorts too. I needed those. My others are 10's and really big around my waist and I could slide them up and down, so they moved when I walked. So, it was a good day.

I have had a busy couple of days. My sil's Mom who picks up the boys every other day for me decided not to babysit her grand kids anymore for some reason. They said she goes nuts everynow and then and I guess this is one of those times, so I have been picking up the boys this week and kept their baby too yesterday, well my mil helped and I went to clean my sil's house w/ all 4 boys and my mil, so I was a bit exhausted last night. I have offered to watch them again tomorrow. I think I have gone a little nuts too. I was thinking about offering to babysit him full time for the money, but i don't think I could do it. They just wear me out too much. Plus, I was thinking I couldn't go to the gym during the day and wouldn't be able to run to the store or mall as easily. So, I was glad when they said they found a place to take him, but I might have them tomorrow too. Then they will take the baby somewhere and the older one will go to after school care and I will just have to pick up Daniel everyday. Maybe one day a week I will bring the other one home just so they can play together.

So, I have had an extra 4 yr old for a couple days. Haven't done a thing to my house, did get a nap today though, haven't hardly exercised in 4 days, and totally lacking energy. Hope it comes back tomorrow. I am going to go to a Tae Bo tape here in a minute, so I can get some exercise in. Otherwise, my 6's will be getting a bit tight on me. I am still fluctuating between 146 and 147, I am hoping it is due to TTOM.

I didn't make it to Daniel's first soccer game, but I will go to his next one this Sat. I am doing the Juvenile diabetes walk w/ my sister for Kathryn on Sat.

Oh, that reminds me... I just found out when it was and so my sister, my Mom and my aunts are all going to walk. If any of you want to sponsor me let me know. Just email me. I am just trying get some donations together before Sat.

Well, I better get the Tae Bo done before ROCKSTAR comes on!!

Michelle, don't forget to watch it!

Have a wonderful evening!!

Hello.

It's that time again, and I seem to find no time to get on the computer except for school work. Our first exam is next Monday, so things are really crazy.

We had a great weekend. Well - Sat. I spent most of the day at my brother's house. He is getting better, but has a long way to go! Tomorrow he has an appointment to see the doc, so we'll know more then. Sunday, we took Hayley, Elisabeth & Justin & did a 30 mile bike ride. They did great! I was so surprised. Hayley was on a half-bike that attaches to the back of Rick's. She has handlebars & peddles. Elisabeth rode on her own. She had only gone 14 miles before.

Cindi - Did you have fun shopping? Did you make it to the soccer game?

Sandy - I've never heard of Torey Hayden. I do enjoy reading.

Becky - Congrats on the exercise!

Michelle - how is the PTA work going? Isn't that what you are doing?

Hi to Debbie, Randi & Joce.

Better go. It's been a long day.

Goodnight.

GOod afternoon skinnies!

Did everyone have a great weekend? We had really nice weather here.. although yesterday was on the chlly side.

I am so proud of myself.. I've been going to the gym 3 mornings a week and doing weights and cardio, and I feel so much better! I keep forgetting to weigh myself but I am trying to watch what I eat and increasing exercise, so I know it will make a difference eventually.

Scott and I leave for Cincinatti Thursday, and I know I'll be having more alcoholic drinks than I usually do so I'll have to try to burn some calories.. maybe I'll get up and jog each morning we are there. We are looking forward to a weekend together w/out kids!

Cindi~ wow Lance must have a lot of wax for them not to be able to tell if he has an ear infection. Hope he is feeling better.

Kathy~ how is your brother doing? did you go on a long bike ride over the weekend?

Hi everyone!
I went to garage sales and then shopping this morning. I love getting new clothes! I also bought a baby shower gift and a gift for my dil. I bought her an outfit. I hope she likes it.
At the garage sales I got a wonderful deal on a brand new set of golf clubs fo $40. It is a nice set, including bag! Now I won't have to be too embarassed to go golfing (besides my bad game),with those old clubs and bag I had.
I also bought some books on-line.
Has anyone here ever read any Torey Hayden books? I just finished "One Child". Inspiring, it makes you want to foster a child! Anyway, I ordered 4 more of her books.
I hope everyone is doing well.

I am finally home! I am pooped, but haven't exercised today unless you count cleaning my mil's house. Then just as I was leaving my mil's house Aunt Flo arrived, totally unexpected. I know I had my first one last month, but it was very short and I was still b/fing, so I wasn't sure if it would be a regular thing or not and I think it started around the 10th. Well, I usually have like a 30-31 day cycle. I never really know because I am not a normal kind of gal. So, I definitely didn't expect it early. Well, hopefully it will stay at this time, so I am not on it in Hollywood next month.

So, then after my mil's I had to meet my Mom to drop off Lance then I went to a KFC taste test, got food and $15 for it. It takes about a half hour. I had to eat 4 chicken breasts. I didn't eat them all and only tasted the breading to give an opinion. I can't eat the skin it makes me sick. So, then I picked up Lance, came home and packed a bag for Sarah, took it to Patty's house(Sarah's having a sleepover), then went to pick up Daniel and my sil's and finally got home, bathed and fed Lance and just put him down. He took a 3 1/2 hour nap at my mil's. HE still has a runny nose, but seems to be feeling better, just tired. At least he is in bed now. He didn't even cry when I laid him down.

Yes, Kathy, you are a good sister. Mine and Danny's families are like that too:)

I might try to get at least 30 min. on the t/m before bed.

Oh, yeah, I am going shopping tomorrow w/ my Mom, Grandma and aunts. We are going to an outlet mall about an hour away. I am excited to go because I desperately need new clothes that fit right. But, I might miss Daniel's first soccer game. I hope to be back in time, but I don't everyone else to shorten their day for me. I was going to drive seperate, but I think I will just go and enjoy myself and hope to make it back. IF not, there will be more games, right?

I had to go to school this a.m. for validation on using restraints, proper technique for putting on/taking off gown, gloves & mask. After that, I headed over to Dale's house so my Mom could come home for awhile. I did get some studying done. He is still having hot/cold spells. We've talked to 2 docs who say it is "normal". His back is getting sore because there is no other way he can sit/lay. I did make him sit up in a straight back chair for a little while just to put pressure on a different part of his back for a bit. I am a good sis, but that is just the way my family is. We can tell each other exactly what we think, but everyone is there when you need them.

Cindi - Hope Lance is feeling better. Did he nap for you?

Aaron needs on here before he goes to work.

I'll bbl

Oh Kathy~Don't get me started on the "factory". It pisses me off how the insurance companies decides what's best for the patients. UGH! I can only imagine what kind of pain he's going thru, but he should be more comfie in his own bed. Did they give him plenty of pain med? You're such a good sister.

Cindi~girl, you've been on fire. You're giving me some inspiration.

Have y'all ever had those days where you know you've got stuff that need you need to do, but all you want to do is take a little nappie poo? I'm fighting it right now. I either want to lay down, or get out of the house. LOL

Let me go see what I'm going to do.....

Where did everyone go?

I am off to clean my mil's house. Nope, no gym or exercise for me this morning. Lance is fussy, tired, nose still running and won't let me exercise, so I figure I better go ahead and get him to my mil's house, so I can put him down for a nap and clean while he is sleeping. Hopefully, he will take a nice long nap there, so I can get it all done before he wakes up. I will be movin' fast through there to get done.

Kathy~Good thing you are able to be there for your brother. Bet you didn't know your Nursing knowlege would come in handy this way, huh? Unfortunately, of course. Can you throw him on the back of your bike and tote him around?lol

Have a great day!!

Cindi

Hi skinnies.

I'm pooped. I just got home from my brother's house. They sent him home today. Unbelievable! He was having horrible night sweats last night & still in so much pain, but the hospital "factory" had to send him away. I picked him up - he had a terrible time getting into my van. I took it so he could sit sideways on the seat & prop his leg up. It was a very long hour & 45 minutes for him driving home. I had my nephew meet us to help get him out of the van. I stayed with him until my mom could get there. This will be easier than the hospital because he lives just 15 minutes away. I guess I'll be his shuttle back & forth to docs in the next few weeks. There is a big concern with some of the torn muscle. <
