| It's nice to know that there are so many people out there having the same things happening in their lives.My two youngest are very active! My teenager is a little overweight but real sensitive to it. So, I try not to say anything to offend her. The healthy snacks are good for all of us and I know that I am not contributing to her weight issue by having junk in the house.

Mine too -- ectomorph definitely describes my 7 yr old daughter, who is also quite active in sports.
My 4 yr old is a totally different type, but he eats
constantly as well. I try to make them healthy snacks, but don't restrict their calories. We are going through loads of food at our house as well!!

| My young ones are the same always eating. They will eat dinner and 30 minutes latter trying to get something else to eat.

| Our kids ate us out of house and home. They were very active and yes they could eat and eat and eat. Well my kids are both Ectomorphs( think skinny people with high metabolisms who can eat and eat and eat and never gain a pound) we never made them slow down but gosh did we go through a lot of groceries.

| My kids, 13,12, and 9 are always hungry! They seem to eat constantly. My oldest isn't always eating I guess. It just seems that my two youngest do. They are both thin and the ating doesn't seem to affect this. I am glad that they have healthy foods to snack on now. Is it wrong to have them slow down on their eating?
