Depends and what she is eating. If it is healthy, snack on that istead of the candy or sweats later like I would do.

You could start a compost bin and have a bucket that you daughter can dump her food into.

I know exactly what you mean. I just starting throwing out food that wasn't eten at meal-time. Even though this was hard to get used to, I had to do it. When you actually count up how many little bites you make, it really adds up.

I also am always washing my hands instead of licking off the peanut butter.

You can also throw any leftovers immediately into a storage container and put it away.

Hope this helps.

Try making your daughter smaller meals that she might be more able to finish. And if your afraid that your still gonna eat her left overs make her healthy foods that you wont feel guilty for eating that way you are helping to keep her healthy and you.

As stay at home moms, what is your buggest daily challenge? Mine would have the be the BLT's(bites, licks, tastes) thought the day. My daughter is almost 2, so when it comes to luch she usually doesn't finish it, I sometimes will. This is not helping with my weight loss goal. Any suggestions????
