I still track everything on SP everyday, food and exercise. For me its what works, I need to see the numbers. I think people should do whatever is comfortable for them. I have set up a weekly exercise challenge for my self outside of SP though. It all works well for me. For what its worth

I now eat what I want but check it on SP to keep an eye on my calorie intake, It works for me!

hey guys - yeah it seems it has been trained into my mind. The exercise for sure anyway - I couldn't NOT do it now! I'm still partial to bad foods though - but i know to go for a healthier alternative, and I always do.

I kind of go between using it with almost religeous fervor and ignoring it completely. What I noticed is that if you've done it for months, enough of the spark teachings have been ingrained into you to make it for a while and not go completely off the deep end.

Hi Mick,
I thought I hadn't seen your Les Paul on the boards for a while.
Glad to hear its working well for you. I don't track with SP as it's not 'immediate' enough. But I still use my PalmPilot to record my daily eating. I suffer from 'Food Amnesia' so I have to log it or I'll go right off the programme I'm sure.
I do use the meal planners and recipes though - they are a great way to avoid getting into a food rut.

Anyone else here not really using SparkPeople anymore for tracking stuff? I'm trying [and succeeding] to eat well, keep exercising and lose weight without all the tracking anymore - and it's working. Which obviously means my ways are changed!

Haven't been posting much either - hope you guys are doing good!
