I write down my goals and then I focus on them I refuse dwell on the negative. I workout my stress by doing something positive for me that is pumpin iron, running scrapbooking,photography and helping other each day I try to be a little bit better than the day before. Even though I am pregnant at the moment i totally understand. My dads side is very thick but beautiful. We tend to have the pear shape and have huge hips and thighs as we get older they only get bigger. I want to avoid the unhealthy fat that my grandmother had gained and I strive be healthy like my aunt who can still run 5 miles despite the fact she is a curvy woman. I only have about 7 months until I get back on the weight loss wagon, I am here if you need me.

I'm nearly 40, had a bunch of bad "luck" with health issues these last 3 years & have gained weight. Recently found both of my biological parents, they say you can't choose your family, well, I'm glad that I found mine, good & bad combined. However, I am in a panic that I'll end up like my birth mother! So, even though I was already worried about my extra pounds, I'm even more stressed out about it now! If any of you out there have similar stresses, how do you deal with it?! This is my first step to actually having some accountability, so it would be nice to have an on-line buddy that's doing it also... If you have any tips for keeping your eyes on the target, I'm all ears. If you're interested in being my weightloss buddy, let me know & we'll make that happen! Thanks for listening!
